On June 04, 2025 the memorandum of understanding was signed by De la Rey Consulting and Non-commercial partnership of software developers RUSSOFT.
RUSSOFT President Mr. V. Makarov and De la Rey General Director Mr. Y. Shurygin signed the memorandum within the conference CIPR-2025 in Nizhny Novgorod.
RUSSOFT is the most influential association of software developing companies in Russia. This association unites more than 370 IT-companies with over 100 000 of high-end professional employees. Thus RUSSOFT represents the entire Russian software industry.
