From September to November 2017 De La Rey Consulting Ltd. successfully fulfilled the buyer recruiting project for the Egyptian Exporters Association. Our company provided services on recruiting Russian targeted buyers for Destination Africa 2017, a B2B textile sourcing event conducted in Cairo, Egypt, on November 11-12, 2017.
In order to attract Russian buyers to the event, De La Rey provided the Destination Africa information support in Russian media, analyzed customs data to determine active importers in the textile sphere, communicated with more than 100 importers and invited them to the event. At the next stage, the shortlist of Russian textile buyers interested in the expo was submitted to the event organizers who chose the most prospective ones. These companies were consulted on logistic and organizational matters related to Destination Africa.
As the result three Russian buyers of home textile, ready-made garment and fabrics were approved as special buyers, whose participation fees were fully covered by the event organizers.
